Overview
We hope you’re happy with your order from SmartToys4U, however if for any reason you decide your purchase isn’t right for you, you can return unwanted items up to a 30 days after delivery.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging and tags intact)
- Be unwashed/unworn and in a saleable condition.
Unless the goods were faulty you will be responsible for the cost of return delivery charges.
You will be entitled to a refund:
- If you tell us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel.
- You have another 14 days to return the goods after you notified us.
- You will be refunded within 14 days after we receive the goods back.
How do I return an Item?
Please carefully re-package your items, don’t forget to include your name, the order/invoice number.

Please note, you are responsible for the postage and packaging costs for your return, unless an item is faulty or was received in error. We strongly recommended that you get a certificate of posting and use a tracked delivery service, as should the items not reach us you will be able to claim compensation. We will not be able to refund/replace items should they fail to reach us.

How do I get a faulty item replaced?
Occasionally you may experience a fault with your item. Please contact us if you have a faulty item and we will be happy to assist you. Please do not return your item to us until we have contacted you.
